Guidelines
=You must be a Peninsula Light customer
=Your new heat pump system must have a Heating System Performance Factor (HSPF) of 9.0 or greater and a Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio (SEER) of 14 or higher
=We will install your new heat pump system to meet minimum Performance Tested Comfort Standards (PTCS). We will test & verify these standards as a trained and certified PTCS contractor
=Your ducts must be sealed according to PTCS program requirements if installed in an attic or crawlspace. As a certified PTCS contractor , we will test & seal or repair your ductwork to meet minimum program standards.
