I must say much more detailed than any other information I received from other vendors.

David, your installation crew did an excellent job, was very professional, explained the install process, left the area clean to the point if it was not for the new equipment, one would not have known they were here. They also made sure I understood how the Carrier Heat Pump system operated, the most efficient method to operate the system and how to make various settings as needed, before leaving. I appreciate the detailed instructions and the time they spent assuring I understood the Carrier Heat Pump system.

Overall, I must say this whole process was nearly painless, considering that we made a major purchase. I am also enjoying the new Carrier Heat Pump system, so far. Every room in the house is the same temperature, the noise level is near 0.
