Do You Need Electrical Service?

Do you have flickering or dimming lights? then you may have electrical faults or circuit overload.
If you do not have room for additional circuit breakers or fusses, then an electric panel upgrade will make it easier for safe home improvements in the future.
I you struggle with constant circuit breakers tripping or blowing fuses, then this may be a sign your circuits may be overloaded.

Do you have GFI outlets in bathrooms, kitchens, garage spaces or outdoors? If not, then an upgrade may be required. GFI outlets were first introduced into the National Electric Code (NEC) in 1971. Since then, GFI outlets have been increasingly required in additional locations such as bathrooms, kitchens, and other locations where moisture may increase the possibility of an electrical shock. Piggy-back or Dog-pile circuits can be dangerous and often illegal, so you have this condition, you should consider a new electrical panel.
Do you have a Federal Pacific (FPE) Electrical Panel? If so, we recommend replacement.

FPE electrical panels are no longer in business, halting production in the early 1980’s. Having a Federal Pacific (FPE) panel in your home does not mean that it needs replacement, but this will often come up during a home inspection. All Seasons recently replaced my furnace with a high efficiency Carrier Infinity unit and multi-stage AC with multi-zone control. Having received quotes from 1/2 a dozen other HVAC companies, I found All Seasons quote/estimate to be very competitive and their sale rep Rick to be very knowledgable and personable. I was scheduled two weeks out and the install took 3 days due to the extensive work involved in retrofitting our existing ducting. The installers Nick and Jacob were very professional and polite as they worked in and out of our home. If you need a tune up or a repair to your furnace this is the place to go. I called them on a late Tuesday afternoon, inquiring about a tuneup for my gas furnace. They were able to set up an appointment for the next day, surprising since it was not an emergency. The technician, Keith was on time, polite and has a great deal of knowledge. My furnace was a little old(ok 20+ years is more than old) but still in good working condition. He was able to tune up and made it shine and run almost new.... [more]
