Tacoma Power Ductless Heat Pump Program Requirements

• You must be a Tacoma Power customer.
• System installations shall have an outdoor compressor with one or more indoor terminals (heads).
• Multi-terminal (or multi-zone) systems are allowed, and considered one mini-split system as long as they are served by a single outdoor compressor.
• If you already have a ductless heat pump, and previously received a Tacoma Power ductless heat pump incentive, you may not qualify for a Tacoma Power rebate. Contact us to verify eligibility.
