At a minimum, your system should be serviced once per year. For homes with a furnace, air conditioner, or heat pump, the gold standard is up to two precision tune‑ups annually:

  • Spring: Prepare your air conditioner or heat pump for cooling season

  • Fall: Ensure your furnace or heat pump is ready for heating season
